MedTech Forums

MTAA MedTech Forums are designed to explore topical issues significant to the medical technology industry. Experts in the field will address different aspects of a topic, providing premium insight and areas for consideration. Delegates will be invited to ask questions from the floor during the concluding panel discussion.

Access to Medical Technology MedTech Forum was presented on Thursday 28 July, 2011 (Sydney).

CEO Forums

CEOs across the medical technology industry have limited opportunity to engage in high level roundtable discussions. The forums provide an opportunity for MTAA Member senior executives to come together and discuss key issues of relevance to the medical technology industry.

Three forums will be held each year in Sydney and hosted by Anne Trimmer, MTAA CEO. Only member Chief Executive Officers, Vice Presidents, National Directors and Managing Directors are eligible to attend. Only one person per member company may register.

The next CEO Forum will be announced shortly.

MedTech Seminars

MTAA hosts early evening MedTech Seminars to provide opportunities for industry employees to come together and discuss key issues relevant to the medical technology industry. Keynote speakers are invited to present on a theme, and in some instances will be supported by a panel discussion. To learn more about upcoming or past MedTech Seminars, please click here.

Webytes

Webytes are a free, member only series of online webinars using web conferencing technology to deliver short presentations about topics of interest to industry. Webytes means "bite sized" learning delivered to your desk.

E-briefings

The MTAA secretariat often need to share information with members beyond special interest groups, forums and committees. MTAA hosts free member only E-briefings where the secretariat will present on a range of relevant topics, submissions and issues without the need to take members away from their workplaces; and enabling participants to join the session throughout Australia.

Virtual Library

This resource is only available on the Member's Only section of the MTAA website. It links to a wide range of online publications specific to the medical technology industry.  The Library is arranged by category. To access a publication, click on the title and the resource will open on the publisher's website in a new window. These may then be downloaded or printed as required.
