CEO Forums

CEOs across the medical technology industry have limited opportunity to engage in high level roundtable discussions. The forums provide an opportunity for MTAA Member senior executives to come together and discuss key issues of relevance to the medical technology industry.

Three forums will be held each year in Sydney and hosted by Anne Trimmer, MTAA CEO. Only member Chief Executive Officers, Vice Presidents, National Directors and Managing Directors are eligible to attend. Only one person per member company may register.

MTAA hosts the MedTech Seminar Series to provide opportunities for industry employees to come together and discuss key medical technology industry issues. Keynote speakers are invited to present on a theme, and in some instances will be supported by a panel discussion.

Take the Fear out of Selling
Presented by Suzanne Mercier, Director of Imposterhood and Purpose to Profit on 24 August 2010. A recording of this session is available to MTAA members on the member only section of this website. This webyte addressed the following learning outcomes:
• understand the nature of fear and how it inhibits your actions
• how fear plays out in the sales environment
• understand the fear cycle and how it can be transformed
• recognise the symptoms of fear in your sales professionals
• learn the 7 steps to moving from fear to possibility in the selling situation.
