In line with this, the Committee is hosting an event on 10 Sep for R U OK? Day with a panel to address menopause and the workforce impact. The panel will raise awareness of the physical, emotional and cognitive issues related to menopause and the effect it can have in the workplace, and how companies and leaders can better support their employees.
