MTAA is pleased to partner with Baxter Healthcare Australia to launch the Australian Healthcare Manufacturing Leaders Network during Australian Manufacturing Week.  This new national network brings together Australian‑based pharmaceutical, medical device, and biomedical manufacturers to connect, exchange insights, and strengthen Australia’s local healthcare manufacturing capability.

With growing focus on manufacturing resilience, workforce capability, and supply chain security, this inaugural event provides a timely opportunity for industry leaders to come together and share practical, on‑the‑ground experiences.

About the Event

Hosted by Baxter Healthcare Australia, this event brings senior healthcare manufacturing leaders together for a behind‑the‑scenes manufacturing site tour, followed by networking and discussion.

Participants will have the opportunity to take part in a guided facility tour (strictly capped at 20 people per tour), offering insight into local healthcare manufacturing operations.

After the tour, attendees are invited to connect over tea and coffee, before joining a relaxed program of panel discussion and Q&A with industry experts.

The event is designed to encourage open and practical conversations about shared challenges and opportunities, and to explore whether there is value in forming an ongoing collaborative network.

This is a business leader forum and CEOs, General Managers, and Operations senior leaders are encouraged to attend to ensure focused and candid discussion about what it really takes to manufacture healthcare products in Australia today.
