Jane Crowe, Vice President, Cardinal Health Asia Pacific

With nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare, Jane Crowe has held leadership roles across Australia, New Zealand, and China, spanning medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer health. She has worked with global organisations including 3M, Roche, and Johnson & Johnson.  To broaden her strategic and creative capabilities, Jane spent four years in healthcare advertising, followed by a bold move into the not-for-profit sector as Executive Director of the peak body for community care—contracted to deliver home care services on behalf of Commonwealth and State Governments. A consistent thread throughout Jane’s career is her legacy of driving organisational transformation, evolving business models, and leading with a people-centred approach. She is a passionate advocate for Environmental and Social Governance (ESG), and champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. Jane is currently Vice President for Cardinal Health Asia Pacific. She is the former Vice Chair of the Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) and past Chair of the MTAA Women in MedTech Committee.
