2.1 Introduction to the Code of Practice (E10)

Two (2) hour self-paced online learning. This introductory module is designed to familiarise participants with the principles of Edition 10 of the Medical Technology Industry Code of Practice. This module is free of charge to Member Companies.

1.3 Patient Privacy and Confidentiality

One (1) hour self-paced online learning. This module provides an overview of the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality for Medical Company Representatives when entering the healthcare setting and/or working with Healthcare Professionals.

1.7 WHS Fundamentals

One (1) hour self-paced online learning. The module will help Medical Company Representatives gain an understanding of Work Health and Safety fundamental principles, including when working with Healthcare Professionals in a Healthcare Facility.
