Working from home has its blessings and it challenges. We are all learning that!

Need some inspiration, motivation? Grab your cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate and join us for our first in the series of "A Virtual Coffee Catchup with..." You will hear from inspiring leaders talking about everything from what’s getting them out of bed in the morning, through to building resilience and to their favourite hobbies.

To kick us off will be speakers Shadé Zahrai and her husband Faysal Sekkouah.

As a member of the esteemed Forbes Coaches Council, Mindset Specialist and Award-Winning Leadership Strategist featured on TED and TEDx, Shadé is recognised for her ability to translate neuroscience and psychology research into practical, actionable strategies to accelerate success. She specialises in equipping professional women to ‘hack’ their careers, helping them develop the confidence, clarity and capabilities to thrive during times of unprecedented change and uncertainty.

In her role as Director & Chief Positive Influencer of her positive-leadership company, Influenceo Global, she consults, trains & coaches leaders and teams from startups to Fortune-500s, breathing life into organisational culture to enhance change-readiness for transformation, increase engagement and boost commercial performance. A former commercial lawyer with a background in psychology and strategy consulting, bolstered by 10+ years across a top tier legal firm and Big-4 bank, Shadé is very in touch with the human side of a business and how to optimise performance.

Faysal has an unusual career as both a serial entrepreneur and consultant to multi-national corporates, SMEs and startups.

As an entrepreneur, he has co-founded innovative startups in training & development and the highly competitive mobile tech accessory market. One of his key achievements being the design and commercialization through crowdfunding of the ‘World’s Thinnest and Most Portable’ USB charge cable for Apple devices - the only product of its kind to ever be certified by Apple, now retailing in over 300 outlets world-wide.  Faysal has coached numerous entrepreneurs and executives in the medical, consumer electronics, energy, IT and service sectors. His clients ranged from a Billionaire chairperson to C-level executives and business owners to budding entrepreneurs.

He has worked with clients that include Fortune 500s such as Microsoft, Samsung, Medtronic, AstraZeneca, Bayer, Reckitt Benkiser and Westpac Group, as well as SMEs and startups.
