MTAA Summits, the MedTech Conference and the Industry Awards Dinner are primarily delivered as face-to-face events at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Sydney, or other venues as advised by MTAA.

Where hybrid functionality is available, MTAA may enable online access for attendees who are unable to attend in person due to such government-mandated restrictions.
If a government-mandated lockdown or public health direction prevents the event from proceeding in a face-to-face format entirely, and the event is required to transition to online-only delivery (not hybrid), the Organiser will offer the Sponsor Company a credit equal to 25% of the total Sponsorship amount paid.
This credit may be applied toward any MTAA Major Event sponsorship at a future MTAA event and does not need to be the same sponsorship package. All credits will be subject to the sponsorship rates, inclusions and availability applicable at the time of redemption.
All sponsorship payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.
MTAA will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by the Sponsor Company or any third party arising from or in connection with government-mandated restrictions, including but not limited to the transition to hybrid or online-only delivery.
