Privacy Protections and Use of Information
MTAA will not disclose or share personal information collected on its web sites with any third party, except as required by law and/or pursuant to a governmental request, or as necessary to provide services to support its software solutions. MTAA will never use information collected via the Aptify system for any purposes other than those specifically designated by its customers.
We may share reports with third parties based on aggregated data of our customers. Aggregated member data does not include any personally identifiable information about customers or invitees. For example, these reports will not include a personal or organisation name. Information about members is aggregated for the purposes of determining successful event benchmarks and other similar activities.
When you register for an event on MTAA site, you have granted permission to release the information you entered as an invitee to the customer. Standard credit card fees apply.
We may use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers and administer our web site.
If you are registering for a paid event as an invitee, we may request payment information to conclude the transaction as well as your mailing address or other contact information to ensure authentication and proper delivery. We use industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. We do not sell or rent your personal financial information. When you engage in an eCommerce transaction on our site using a credit card, your credit card information, including the number and expiration date and your billing addresses, is passed onto the merchant with whom the transaction was placed; only MTAA and the merchant with whom you placed the order has access to your credit card information. Your credit card information is stored with each order in the Aptify system just long enough to fully process your transaction. After the transaction has completed, your credit card information is removed from our system for security reasons. You can decline to provide credit card information and any other information at our site at any time. If you should choose to withhold requested information; however, we may not be able to provide you with the full spectrum of our services. Standard credit card fees apply.

MTAA has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. We protect secure data with industry-standard firewall and password protection systems. We periodically review and improve our security and privacy policies as necessary. We only allow pre-authorised individuals access to our servers and to information provided by our members.
We reserve the right to change this policy, so please check back periodically to review any changes to this policy.
Changes and Cancellations by Registrants
Cancellations for all face-to-face training and events will be accepted up to five working days prior to the date. A $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Attendees from the same organisation may be swapped up to two working days prior to the date if MTAA is advised and agrees in writing. Note, cancellations for training and events where payments were made online by credit card will be refunded less credit card fee(s).
If a cancellation is made less than five days prior to the date, without prior notice or substitution, there will be no refund.
Training is developed for a minimum number of participants. This may vary according to the content of the module. MTAA reserves the right to cancel or postpone a module to an alternative date. All registered participants affected by such changes will receive a full refund if an alternative date isn’t suitable
