R U OK? Day is a national day of action to remind Australians that every day is the day to ask, ‘Are you OK?’. It is a moment to start a meaningful conversation and reach out to a friend, family and colleague who may be struggling with life. Life's ups and downs happen to all of us and many individuals hide the issues that trouble them. The earlier you give someone an opportunity to open up, the sooner they can find appropriate support or, if needed, professional help and the greater the chance that together, you can stop small problems from becoming bigger ones.
MTAA's Women in MedTech Committee is hosting a special R U OK? Day event for professional women in MedTech with guest speakers.

The 1.5-hour session will be followed by Q&As and networking afterwards with tea, coffee and nibbles included.
