19 November Women in MedTech Networking Event - Mentoring Program
As part of the 2025 Women in Leadership Mentoring Program launch, MTAA invites members and the wider MedTech community to discuss the vital role mentoring plays in advancing women's careers, growth, and development. Participants will share valuable insights and practical advice on building successful mentoring relationships, empowering mentees, setting goals, fostering accountability, and much more.
Hear from keynote speaker Romy Katz, Executive Coach at Katz Coaching, who will share tips on the formula to a successful mentorship.
The discussion will also be joined by Heather Paterson, Progression Lab, Jane Crowe, Cardinal Health and Ian Burgess, MTAA and led by Michelle Stewart, Device Technologies, who will focus on:
- the impact of mentoring on career advancement for women in MedTech;
- strategies for effective mentoring relationships;
- overcoming challenges and leveraging opportunities in the industry; and
- personal experiences and lessons learned from both sides of the mentor-mentee relationship.
The 1.5-hour evening will conclude with networking, drinks, and canapes overlooking the stunning harbour views at the newly built Salesforce Tower.
