Who is Crystal Howell..

Crystal Howell has worked in MedTech for over a decade, specialising in talent acquisition. Crystal started as an executive head-hunter, and is now the Client Services Director at Randstad, where she helps healthcare organisations transform their talent acquisition strategies. Crystal has extensive operational and account management experience on various innovative programs for a number of leading MedTech clients, and most recently ran a large-scale government program to support the healthcare system in their response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As an experienced people leader, Crystal is passionate about human potential, and sees the value of mentoring and engaging future and current leaders. Appreciating that everyone benefits from a village to inspire, support, and rally, she has personally produced the MedTech Mentor Podcast which focuses on sharing stories, insights and 1-hour mentor sessions from industry professionals across all areas of the ecosystem in hopes of creating an inclusive community which supports all professionals within MedTech… especially the underdogs! Outside of the office, Crystal has a full house and hands full with her two young sons, husband, and menagerie of rescue pets. |
