Kicking off the first session of 2021 is Rachael Powell, Chief Customer Office, at Xero and she'll be discussing all things wellbeing and the importance of engagement, belonging, play, trust, dream and accomplishment especially in disruptive times.  Hosting this session will be Eleni Spiridonos, Senior Program Manager, Medical Education at Stryker and a WiMT Committee Member.

Who is Rachael Powell ....


 

 

 

 

Rachael Powell is the Chief Customer Office at Xero, one of the fastest growing software as a service companies globally supporting small businesses, identified by Forbes as the World’s Most Innovative Growth Company in 2014 and 2015 and continuing to grow by attracting and nurturing the best people.

Rachael is responsible for Xero’s global sales, marketing, communications, and customer functions globally. Having held leadership positions in marketing, sales and HR, predominantly in digital and technology companies, Rachael believes customer experience must resonate from the inside-out and advocates for positive engagement programs to effectively mobilise the business strategy at scale.

Rachael hold a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology, a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelor in Business (Accounting and Marketing) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

She is super passionate about positive workplaces and successfully implemented her E.B.I.T.D.A. Framework for Wellbeing in Business at Xero.
