MTAA invites members to join us for an exclusive event at Parliament House, Canberra. The evening will bring together politicians, senior public servants, technology providers and MedTech personnel to showcase the value of medical technology in Australia.

Themed on the Value of MedTech

The evening is themed on the MTAA Value of MedTech Report - a major economic study of MedTech in Australia, providing a robust baseline for the MedTech community, measuring the growth opportunities in the future. The Report will be launched by the Hon Mark Butler, Minister for Health and Aged Care, bringing to light the significant social and economic value that MedTech provides Australia. The evening will also provide opportunities to hear from patient voices who have had their lives changed thanks to MedTech, including displays of new and innovative medical devices for attendees to interact with and take photos of themselves using.

This evening occasion is part of the extensive MTAA MedTech on the Hill roadshow (20-23 June) and a key event on the MTAA calendar. This is an opportunity for members to reinforce the benefits MedTech provides society and the value it presents to many stakeholders, including clinicians, businesses and government, and it's the primary audience, patients, who benefit from MedTech the most.

Essential Details

This is an MTAA member-exclusive event and each ticket includes: 

• Access to the Value of MedTech Report launch event
• Access to the hands-on tech exhibition
• Canapes and beverage package (beer, wine and soft drinks) from 5pm-7pm

Price: $150 incl. GST per person

NOTE: Registration must match ID. Visitors to event areas must present appropriate photo identification - physical IDs or digital drivers licence via Service NSW app accepted. Photographs of IDs will not be accepted.
