Speakers

Liu Bing has been the Deputy Consul-General (Commercial) and Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner at the Australian Consulate-General in Hong Kong and Macau since August 2024.
Bing has had a distinguished career with Austrade, commencing her journey in 2001. She brings a wealth of experience in trade and investment, particularly within the China market.
Before her current role, she served as the Deputy Consul-General and Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner in Shanghai, where she led the Austrade East China network, facilitating business opportunities for Australian businesses in trade, education, and investment. Bing held several senior executive positions, including Asia Lead, Acting Executive Director for the Asia Market, Acting General Manager Asia and Senior China Adviser. In these leadership roles, she contributed to strategic initiatives and market entry for Australian businesses while overseeing Austrade’s initiatives across Asia.
Bing's earlier experience includes positions at the Australian Consulate in Guangzhou and the Australian Embassy in Beijing from 2004 to 2012, further solidifying her expertise in navigating the complexities of the Chinese market.
Her diverse experience enables her to effectively strengthen ties between Australia and the Asian markets.
She holds a Bachelor of Medicine from China and a Bachelor of Nursing from Australia.

Harrison.ai is a global healthcare technology company that develops clinician-led, AI-powered medical diagnostic support and workflow solutions, which support radiologists and pathologist to make faster and accurate diagnoses and improving patient outcomes. Its AI solution has been adopted in 1000+ sites across four continents including Public Accident & Emergency departments and Gleneagles Hospital in Hong Kong.
Being Regional Director - Asia in Harrison.ai, Teodor is a commercial leader in fast-growing health tech. He drives growth and improves access to care, leads diverse teams and builds strong healthcare partnerships. He has worked across Asia, the Middle East and Europe. His experience includes medical imaging, data interoperability, digital health products, hospital operations and patient experience.

Dr. Maggie Lo is the Chief Manager (Life and Health Technology) at the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES) since December 2022. OASES is the government department responsible for attracting both mainland and international innovation and technology companies to establish or expand their operations in Hong Kong.
Before joining the government, Dr. Lo held various roles in universities and health authorities in Hong Kong, the UK, and Canada. Her experience includes clinical research as well as trade and investment promotion, during which she supported numerous companies in establishing or expanding their presence in Hong Kong.
Dr. Lo holds a PhD in Psychiatry from the University of Liverpool.
