MTAA Event | Women in MedTech (WiMT) | Focus on the Power of Mentoring
Come and join the Women in MedTech Committee (WiMT) for the launch of the mentoring program and a networking lunch with fellow members and participants in the program.
Gavin Fox-Smith, Vice President of Global Education Solutions at Johnson & Johnson Medical, will share invaluable insights on the importance of mentoring and his involvement with the Champions of Change program and how it is assisting women to move into upper management and leadership roles within the MedTech Industry.
We will also hear from Nicki Walsh, Head of HR at Tunstall Australasia, about her experiences with mentoring, both at Tunstall and through the Australian Human Resources Institute, and about the opportunities that the WiMT mentoring program will provide for women in our industry.
