TGA Consultation - The regulatory framework for advertising therapeutic goods
The Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) welcomes the opportunity to comment on the TGA consultation: The regulatory framework for advertising therapeutic goods which was opened on November 9, 2016. We would like to commend the TGA for providing clarity and focus on matters related to advertising of medical devices to the public, in response to Recommendations 52, 54, 55, 56, 57 and 58 of the July 2015 report of the Medicine and Medical Devices Review (MDDR).
