The Code of Practice Training Course is an interactive, online training course to enhance users understanding of the Code.
Learning outcomes:
- Understands the general principles of the Code of Practice
- Obtains a detailed understanding of the Code in relation to interactions with healthcare professionals
- Understands the Code's monitoring and complaints processes
- Considers the implications of non-compliance
Who should participate: New staff from a MTAA Member organisation who interact with Healthcare Professionals or Consumers. Typically these roles include marketing, sales, customer service, regulatory or legal professionals. Non-member organisations in the industry may also complete this course.
