Download info pack

The American Chamber of Commerce in Australia (AmCham) is organising a high-level Health delegation to Adelaide. From 29-30 April 2021, AmCham will explore some of the top Health Innovation Districts in Australia. While visiting these major translation sites MTAA members will have the chance to witness how they have achieved their high levels of success and how to incorporate some of their practices into your own work to further develop your company.

AmCham has designed the program to attract the forward-thinking executives in MedTech companies, those who are tasked with developing new opportunities, setting strategic direction and developing new business streams. This mission will expose visitors to a new way of thinking.

The United States and Australia benefit from a robust economic and strategic relationship underpinned by shared democratic values, common interests, and cultural affinities. Business, academic, and cultural ties are vibrant and strong. As the largest foreign investor in Australia, US companies play a vital role in providing the latest medical technologies, supporting R&D, and employing thousands of Australians in the health industry.

This delegation will be led by Michael Kleine, US Consul General to VIC, SA, TAS and NT, April Palmerlee, CEO of the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia, with support from the Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA).
