Walking for Wellness

MTAA and the Women in MedTech committee (WiMT) are encouraging members to participate in Walking for Wellness during September.

The Walking from Wellness campaign is designed to raise awareness for self-care at a time when employees may be compromising on their health while working from home.

Participates are encouraged to step up to a 4,000, 7,000 or 10,000 daily step challenge - whichever suits your fitness level.

For organisations with many individuals participating, we encourage one person to collate the weekly results and host competitions to keep the activity engaging and entertaining.
